Since its inception in 1985, Sound of Life has committed itself to fostering a deeper understanding of God among its audience, while providing support in their daily lives. The Sound of Life Radio Network has expanded significantly, now serving much of eastern New York and parts of five additional states through its 12 terrestrial frequencies, alongside a robust internet and digital media presence.

Funded by the generous contributions of its listeners, Sound of Life positions itself as a source of encouragement and hope for the Hudson Valley and beyond. The station offers a blend of contemporary Christian music that is accessible on mobile devices, effectively reaching out to individuals with the message of Jesus Christ.
